This past Friday we held the inauguration for our second library. Follow the link for the story!

After months of waiting we finally were able to hold an inauguration party for the second library! Named 'Biblioteca de Cristo' it sits a mile or so up the mountain from my home in the house of a nice Christian family who approached us and offered the space on their own initiative. About 20 members of the community stopped by to celebrate with us and to me it seemed like there was a lot of excitement. The Rotary Club came by again and provided the food and chairs. They have been a great help with these library and are looking to partner with us on more projects. We wasted no time getting things started. The following morning 12 kids showed up for a lesson on honesty and a movie. Then on Monday night Greg began a study of Mark with 4 adults. Only time will tell how successful our programs will be here but right now it seems that interest is high and we plan on taking advantage of that interest.
